Once placed, orders cannot be canceled or changed. In an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, all orders are sent to fulfillment for immediate processing. Orders are mailed USPS Priority Mail.
What if an item arrived damaged or defective?
We do not offer refunds for broken or damaged items, but we can offer a replacement. Please keep our environment in mind, and respect that we only send out replacements if a product is damaged to the point that it is unusable. Only products sealed, unopened, and in re-sellable condition are eligible. For replacement authorization, please email
email@example.com and include a photo of the Product(s) and packaging with description of the damage within 48hrs of the order delivery date.
